About Us
Sam Adamson
Our director Sam has worked within the construction industry for the past 16 years from leaving school. After leaving high school, Sam was offered an apprenticeship in plastering thorough his 1st employer, going on to complete City & Guilds Level 1-3.
Sam had gained 6 year’s experience on the tools, working on several new build and refurbishment projects, before being offered a new role internally as a hybrid project manager/quantity surveyor.
Through his career, Sam has achieved a HNC in Construction & The Built Environment & higher levels in AutoCAD, including a wealth of experience across the sector.
Sam is responsible for day-to-day management of our live construction sites, whilst maintaining labour resource & compliance within the business. Out of work, Sam enjoys spending time with family and socialising with friends & colleagues.
Declan Rhodes
Our director Declan has worked within the construction industry for 17 years from leaving
school. After leaving high school, Declan was offered an apprenticeship in roofing & cladding,
where he completed his City & Guilds Levels 1-3 & achieved a HNC in building & surveying.
After spending 4 years on construction sites, Declan was offered the position of a Quantity
Surveyor/commercial manager and subsequently went onto further higher education and was
awarded a BSc honours degree in Quantity Surveying.
Declan is responsible for looking after our
valued clients and overall commercial control over the business. Out of work, Declan enjoys
family holidays and socialising with friends & colleagues.
